On a rainy November Saturday in Nashville, TN, owner Dan Swormstedt was sitting at the bar of one of the many Hot Chicken spots in Music City when inspiration struck. "Why couldn't we do this in Cincinnati and why couldn't we do it better?" In the next 48 hours a business plan was developed and a space was secured! Working with Executive Chef Clint Walker, General Manager Curtis Fowler, and Sous Chef Jon Singleton, a tastefully southern menu was developed with no ingredient going unnoticed. Specializing in Nashville Style Hot Chicken, Brisket, Burgers, and Moonshine, Fiery Hen will deliver the tastes, smells, and sounds of the South to our beloved River Town just north of the Mason-Dixon.
